Although my old light is out of warranty, nobody can give me an estimate for repair, so I will continue to use it as is without the 10K function. The 10K switch on the back started acting up so I bought a new light, I will keep the old light for when I walk to dog. There's even a special eyelet so you can use with your own 550 paracord!
